Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of Called That. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What this is
Called That is a free game in which you predict the exact final score of sports fixtures before they begin. It is for entertainment. It is not a betting or gambling service. There is no wagering, no stake, no payout, and no cash prize.
Your account
You need an account to save predictions. You are responsible for the email account or Google account you sign in with — anyone with access to it can access your Called That account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission. One account per person.
Predictions and locking
You may create, change, or delete a prediction until the game locks, which happens at kickoff. After that it is final and cannot be edited or removed. Lock times and results are determined by our data provider, and that determination is what the service uses even if another source disagrees.
Scoring
Scoring is under active development. Rules, point values, and any leaderboard may change, and scores may be recalculated or reset while the model is being finalised. We will not knowingly alter the predictions you actually made.
Acceptable use
- Do not create multiple accounts to game scoring or a leaderboard.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, predictions, or data.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, or otherwise interfere with the service or the systems behind it.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. Sports data arrives from a third-party feed and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, that data will be accurate, or that predictions will always be recorded — do not rely on it for anything that matters financially.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Called That and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to support@example.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
